Petra has won no awards for her numerous years of childhood singing in church choirs, the family car and her bathtub. Her many vocal performances in bars and at pub folk sessions are yet to draw the acclaim of Kate Rusby, Fay Hield, and other local Sheffield artists she admires. However, her recent collaboration with guitarist and songwriter, Tim Eveleigh, and cowriter Tim Moorhead, has inspired an outpouring of music both lyrical and direct, on themes of love and longing.
